I am passionate about all things hair related from haircuts to edgy styles and colors. My passion for hair has stemmed from my passion for art. I see every head of hair visiting my chair as a canvas that I get to manipulate into a design that my guests desire. •a little about Nicki• I am 35 years old. My birthday is June 26th. Cancellation Policy
Cancelations and reschedules require a 48 hour notice (emergencies will be taken into consideration) otherwise you will be charged 50% of the cancelled/rescheduled service.
"No-shows" or late arrivals. Showing up late: I give every guest a 15 minute grace period after their appointment time (ex. 1:00 - 1:15). After the 15 minutes you will have to reschedule for another day and will be charged per my cancelletion policy. Guests not showing up at all will be charged per my cancelation policy as well.
If you decide to change what service you're scheduled for, please let me know atleast 48hrs beforehand. If I'm not notified before 48hrs, I will have to follow my cancelletion policy and charge you 50% of the service booked + service received. Example: you are scheduled for a $200 service and decide to just get the cut part of that service; $200-$60=$140, $140/2=$70, $70 + $60=$130. I will no longer be able to add services on the day of your appointment due to it pushing back my other guests and causing reschedules for them. (Ex: scheduled service partial highlight, but you want to add a cut the day of or change to a full highlight). You will only receive what you are scheduled for. So please make sure you are scheduling every service you need. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
Last minute cancellations, reschedules, appointment changes, showing up late & "no-shows" (aside from emergencies) will be charged the day of the appointment that is affected. This also affects my livelihood and prevents me from being able to fill the appointment. Please respect the policy and my ability to provide quality service to all my clients in the time allowed.
